OUR PROCESS
Our process is very simple and straight forward. Seriously!

To get started you have two questionnaires to complete. The first one will ask you a series of questions about what you would like to accomplish with your website, and what your design preferences are. We will also ask you to upload any files that you would like us to use. For example, a logo or photograph.
The second form is the Content Page. This is where you will tell us what you would like to say on each page. We will include the text you provide in the design of the site. You will be able to change the content at any time later in the process, or even once your site is live.

Make deposit payment using PaypPal
Once you click Submit after getting started, you will be taken to our payments page. A 50% deposit ($1,000) is required in order to kick off the design process. Once your payment goes through, our amazing team of designers will begin working on your new website!

Choose your customized design option!
In approximately one week, you will receive two design options to review from us. You will be able to choose one, or a combination of both, and request any revisions you may have.

Make revisions
After you review these designs and let us know which design option you like best, or which elements of each design option you like (or not so much), we will refine the design incorporating your feedback, and present a revised design option for your review.
This review process will repeat one more time in order to assure that the design is what you are looking for. If you would like more revisions after that you can certainly request them. There is $150 charge for any additional revisions.

Make final payment using PayPal
Once you have approved the design of your site, we will begin building your new website. We will now ask you to pay the remaining amount due ($1,000). Once your payment goes through, the programming process will begin.

Programming
In approximately one week, your new website and its content management system is programmed and set-up.

Review and launch!
Your site is now LIVE!! You will be able to review your site on our test server first. And whenever you are ready, we can move it to your host server ourselves, or we can send you a zipped file with your new site files. If you need assistance with the launch, we will be able to help you with this as well. Congratulations!
